Barberpole Phaser

The Barberpole Phaser’s hypnotic nature is created by a flow of peaks and notches moving in a seemingly endless manner. With a switch to choose the direction of the motion (Up or Down), and controls over the number of poles, feedback, and stereo width, it’s particularly good at creating slow, resonant evolutions that never seem to settle.

• MINI-SLIDER
  Controls the mix of the dry signal and the processed signal.
  When moved, it displays the percentage of the signal that is processed.
  Range: 0 ~ 100%

CONTROLS

• RATE
  Adjusts the modulation speed.
  Range: 0.03 Hz ~ 15.00 Hz

• FEEDBACK
  Adjusts the amount of the phased signal that is fed back into the unit. The higher the setting, the more resonant the signal.

  Range: 0% ~ 100%

• UP / DOWN
  Sets the direction of the frequency sweeps.

• STAGES
  Comprising a series of allpass filters, this control lets you select the number of stages or “poles” used by the phaser.
  Range: 1 ~ 4

• WIDTH

  Adjusts the width of the stereo image.
  Range: 0% ~ 100%

• OUTPUT

  Adjusts the overall level.
  Range: -inf dB ~ 9.54 dB
