Click on the magnifying glass icon in the header of the Full or Mini-Browser to open the Search Field and click in the field to enter search text. This could be a descriptive term, a version number, or even a partial Patch name. The Search function will check Names, Tags, Keywords, Soundsources used, and Notes to determine the search results. Press the Enter/Return key to view the filtered results.

By default, when switching from the Patch Mini-Browser to the Full Patch Browser (or vice-versa), the Search text will be retained.
Search Lock
You can retain the Search Text in the Patch Browsers via the Sound Lock menu. This allows search entries (and the filtered results) to be retained after the Browser is closed and re-opened. It also allows the Search Text to be retained when switching between Parts where Library and Category are loaded.
In the Soundsurce Browser, Search Lock is enabled with a dedicated button in the top right corner of the browser.

NOTE: The Search Lock setting is saved as a Global User Setting. When you enable Search Lock, it will remain enabled the next time you open an instance of the plug-in and when you change the Search Lock setting, that change is applied to all Browsers.
Search Clear

Click the Search Clear button to clear the Search Field and the displayed sounds will update accordingly.
- You can apply the Search Clear button with Search Lock enabled. This lets you make changes to your search criteria without changing the Search Lock status.
