Tube Overdrive

Run your sounds through a valve to make them roar! Taking tube saturation to the next level, Tube Overdrive features three distortion styles, each with its own unique character. Push them with Drive and Bias, and dial in the perfect tone with Lo Cut / Hi Cut controls. Tube coloration taken to the extreme!

• MINI-SLIDER
  Controls the mix of the dry signal and the processed signal. The percentage indicated is the amount of the signal that is processed.
  Range: 0 ~ 100%

CONTROLS

• DRIVE

  Adjusts the gain added to the input signal.
  Range: –12 dB to +18 dB

• BIAS

  Models the addition of AC Bias, which alters the tone and character of the saturation. High values cause significant gain attenuation, which can be compensated for using the DRIVE and OUTPUT controls.
  Range: 1 ~ 11

• TUBE

  Selects the type of tube that is modeled.
  -Triode for warmer tones.
  -Pentode for more aggressive tones.
  -Special for higher octave harmonics.

• LOW CUT (HIGHPASS FILTER)

  Controls the filter cutoff frequency.
  Range: 30 Hz ~ 4 kHz

• HI CUT (LOWPASS FILTER)

  Controls the filter cutoff frequency.
  Range: 6.5 kHz ~ 20 kHz

• OUTPUT
  
Adjusts the output level.
