The Arturia Matrixbrute is a powerful analog mono synth with a great build quality. In addition to a very flexible modulation matrix and connectivity with modular synths, it features a sequencer, arpeggiator, and a dual filter architecture with Steiner Parker and Ladder filters. Unfortunately, many of the controls on its panel don’t send MIDI, so when it comes to controlling Omnisphere, it has some limitations. It’s still fun to use, though, since you still have a good amount of control over Omnisphere’s oscillators, filters, envelopes, Global Ambience, and Magnetic Echo.
