The Roland Super Jupiter is a classic analog synth that comes in a 2-space rack module. Most people who own it also have the MPG-80 programmer, which gives you all the controls you need to program sounds on the Super Jupiter. Although it doesn’t have tons of features (2 Oscillators, 2 Envelopes, 1 LFO), the layout is intuitive and it’s really easy to come up with good sounds. This combo might not be cheap, but if you’re looking to get a simple Omnisphere controller and a great analog polysynth, this is a good choice.

Roland Super Jupiter Strengths:

  • Intuitive Layout
  • Great Analog Poly Synth
