TROUBLESHOOTING
Not working? Here are some things to try:
- Is your DAW receiving MIDI from the Launchkey 37 mk3?
- Make sure your DAW is configured to correctly route the MIDI output of the Launchkey 37 mk3 to the MIDI channel assigned to the desired part in Omnisphere.
- If you are using the Omnisphere standalone host, make sure the MIDI output channel of the Launchkey 37 mk3 matches the MIDI channel of the Omnisphere Part you want to control.
- Are the knobs and drum pads on the Launchkey 37 mk3 sending the correct MIDI CC messages to control Omnisphere? A simple way to check this is by recording knob movement in your DAW or by usint Novation’s Components editor application. Please see the list at the top of the page for the correct MIDI CC numbers
NOTE: If you need to reassign any MIDI CC#s to the knobs or drum pads, you can do so by using Novation’s Components editor application.
