- Activate the Behringer Wave Hardware Profile in Omnisphere 3 or later.

- Navigate to the PAR-COM Setting
- Set PAR-COM to 3. This enables both transmission and reception of MIDI CC messages for sound parameters.
- Exit the Menu
HOST CONNECTION
Open your host (DAW, Standalone, etc.) and make sure the MIDI interface to which you’ve connected the Matrixbrute is enabled as a MIDI input device.

OMNISPHERE SETUP
Open Omnisphere and from the header, select the HW menu button:

From the drop-down menu, select Behringer>Behringer Wave” to activate that hardware profile.

Profile Notes
Since many important parameters on the Behringer Wave are accessible only through unintuitive menu diving, we made the following assignment to provide immediate mouldation access from the panel:
- LFO Delay on the Behringer Wave is assigned the depth of LFO1 -> Shape modulation in Omnisphere.
Unassigned Controls
The following Behringer Wave controls have no effect on Omnisphere:
- Data Knob
- Number Buttons
- Left Arrow Button
- Right Arrow Button
- Display-Select Buttons
Troubleshooting
Not working? Here are some things to try:
- Is your DAW receiving MIDI from the Behringer Wave?
- If you are using the Omnisphere standalone host, make sure the MIDI output channel of the Wave matches the MIDI channel of the Omnisphere part you want to control.
- Make sure your DAW is configured to correctly route the MIDI output of the Wave to the MIDI channel assigned to the desired Part in Omnisphere.
