CREATE AN EDIT GROUP FOR EACH SLICE IN ELEMENT

This menu item allows you to automatically create an Edit Group that corresponds to every chromatic Slice in a Groove Element. These Edit Groups don’t become automatically active. They start out inactive and must be manually activated / selected.

This is a very fast way to work, but it can also be slightly confusing to keep track of all the Edit Groups, so we recommended using the Create Edit Groups manual assignment function.

NOTE: This option can result in very long Edit Group lists if an Element has a lot of Slices.

*After creating an Edit Group for each slice, the “Slice Edit Group” option in the Value Display can be utilized to show each Slice’s name as it’s being played on the keyboard in Slice Menu mode.
