The Korg Minilogue is a budget analog synth — ideal for users with a small footprint studio or those who want something light and portable. It looks simple but it has enough features to create interesting sounds. The Delay controls feel like tweaking an analog delay pedal. Even though it has a single LFO, this Hardware Profile is set up to control three Omnisphere LFOs — one for each destination. At the moment, there are a few downsides — the Voice Modes and the Arpeggiator don’t send MIDI — but overall, it’s a good Omnisphere controller and a fun synth to use.

Korg Minilogue Strengths:

  • Small and Portable
  • Easy to use
  • Surprisingly Capable
  • Fun Delay Controls
  • Nice Budget Analog Synth
