The Clavia Nord Lead 3 is a very capable synth and from its panel you can control Omnisphere’s FM, Ring Mod, Waveshaper, and Unison. The Filter section gives you access to several Filter types and, as with all Nord models, the build quality is very good, the keyboard is solid, and it has aftertouch. It’s great for performers because it’s light and the layout is easy-to-use. It also has plenty to work with for people who want to create their own sounds.
